An account is created automatically when a customer completes the checkout of their first order.
New customers are sent 3 emails on completion of their first order:
- An order confirmation with download links.
- An option to create an account password.
- An option to receive our newsletter.
If they don’t arrive, check your Spam folder or the spelling of your email address.
If you have deleted the email with an option to create an account password, use the ‘forgotten password’ link on the log in page
Accounts created before 2021.
If you are an existing customer and have placed an order with Stitching Cards since 17 February 2021 you can log in to this shop. If not, a new account will be created with your next order. We moved to this shop software on 17 February 2021 but were unable to transfer the customer accounts. Not sure when you last shopped with us?
